Me ka ʻoliʻoli kākou                                          i hele ai i ka hale o ka Haku 1. With joy I heard them say, Let us go to the house of the Lord!” And now, Jerusalem,we stand inside, inside your gates. 2. Jerusalem, thus built that city and temple are one. To you the tribes go up,ev’ry tribe, ev’ry tribe of the Lord. 3. It is the law of Israel there to honor, to honor God’s name. The seats of law are here, the throne of David, of David’s line. 4.Pray peace for Jerusalem: happiness, happiness for your homes, Pray for safety inside your walls and peace within, within your houses. 5.
